Village Green

Village Green

Our 36,372-square-foot Village Green is located in the center of downtown Lake City and is a perfect outdoor venue for festivals and community events. The lush lawn covers a geothermal field that powers adjacent facilities and is anchored at the east end with an Alex Palkovich bronze sculpture, and a brick and wood promenade offers peaceful alcoves that flank a covered stage.

Theatre Park 2

Theatre Park

Enjoy your lunch in the outdoors to the gentle sound of falling water and surrounded by seasonal plantings maintained by Moore Farms Botanical Garden. The façade is all that remains of the former Ritz Theatre that now serves as a secluded garden at the heart of Main Street. Once home to daily matinees and evening shows, Theatre Park can be reserved for smaller functions.
